Monday's Support Development and Blog Seminar

Wow, the seminar was something. Something like...trying to cover too much information in too short of a time period! I praise the Lord for such a patient group of missionaries with whom I'm blessed to serve.

My goal was rather ambitious: the first hour was to share the support development concepts Karen and I researched during our two month trip to California. The second and third hours were dedicated to a hands-on workshop to: 1) introduce our group to blogging, 2) help them establish their own blog sites, and 3) prepare them to blog.
Once we return from England, I plan to have a second workshop where we'll be better able to focus on specific aspects of blog format, style, and add-ons.

Dave Shelly, our facilities manager did a great job orchestrating the logistics necessary to handle all the wireless bandwidth and electrical power necessary to drive nine laptop computers and four coffee makers for such an intense session.

Dave, thanks for all your help in making this happen without a hitch!
